We are partnering an International Private Bank on a search for a Business Manager for the SEA markets. This role will be at an Associate Director – Director level, and will be based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with the leadership and front office teams on business initiatives, sales related processes and activities, and strategic projects
2. Manage and monitor business pipelines for performance reporting
3. Work closely with internal teams to develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards and management information
4. Support the smooth execution of day-to-day Front Office activities and processes
5. Support Front Office teams on matters including account opening and closure, system and reporting issues, process queries and other ad-hoc business requirements.
6. Ensure Front Office activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures and controls, with a strong focus on mitigating financial, regulatory and reputational risk.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Front Office Business Support, Business Management or similar role within the Private Banking industry.
2. Strong analytical and data management capabilities
3. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Front Office and control/support functions.
4. Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced Private Banking environment.
