Our client is a leading financial services firm. They are looking to hire Director Compliance to report to the General Counsel. You will be responsible for the following.
- Regulatory advisory, management and interaction with appropriate regulatory bodies
- Planning and executing various compliance initiatives
- Planning and executing compliance training
- Designing and implementing a robust Compliance framework across the different business platforms to ensure the necessary regulatory compliance, AML/ABC/Sanctioned policies and procedures are in place
- Advising the business on regulatory requirements for new and existing businesses, including fund management activities
Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in Compliance or Risk & Control functions in the banking/fund management industry or related work experience with a regulatory body. Familiarity with managing regulatory relationships and ability to manage internal stakeholders effectively.
