Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
- Setup solution for POC or actual production use
- Regularly review and update documentation with every system upgrade
- Support equipment roll in and system setup
- Monitoring of system health status and explore optimization opportunity
- Attend to any problem or issues that affect system availability
- Meet with end user for planning and requirement gathering
- Minimum 5 years of in-depth working experience with VMware virtualization environment
- Minimum 5 years of working experience with x86 hardware and common operating system
- Basic understanding of storage, backup and network infrastructure is required.
- Knowledge on database will be an added advantage.
- Experience on TI optimization initiative will be added advantage.
- Experience working with technology team from different country.
