The Singapore business is expanding its local platform, creating an opportunity for a senior compliance professional to help establish and embed its regulatory framework and compliance culture.
Job Responsibilities
The Head of Compliance will oversee the Singapore compliance function, acting as MLRO and Compliance Officer across the business and its administered Funds. The role will cover AML and financial crime oversight, risk assessments, compliance controls and monitoring, management reporting, regulatory engagement, higher-risk matters and coordination with regional and global compliance teams.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring strong Singapore regulatory and AML/financial crime expertise, together with senior-level experience in banking, asset servicing, fund administration or a related financial services environment. Strong judgement, investigative and analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a newly developing business environment are essential; candidates with substantial local regulatory experience are encouraged to apply.
