This individual is responsible for all aspects of the cleared OTC and FX PB product in the APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with internal partners, plan, coordinate and execute the regional OTC and FX PB clearing business plans
  • Meet and exceed budgeted revenues and return metrics including return on assets and return on capital
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for the FX PB and  OTC clearing product in the APAC regions
  • Prioritize regional product development items for the cleared OTC and FX PB business
  • Develop, originate and on board the client pipeline with partners in origination and in conjunction with the Futures and Collateral business
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for items pertaining to cleared swaps with regional CCPs and ECNs
  • Represent Citi on pertinent regulatory and industry working groups in the regions
  • Serve on the APAC FCC management teams


  • BSc/BA degree is required or equivalent qualification
  • 5+ years of futures, OTC clearing and FX PB expertise
  • Must be confident and able to communicate (both written and verbal) effectively at all organisational levels i.e. MD level
  • Able to plan and organise workload within tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Strong client facing skills
  • Display initiative, a desire to contribute to discussions around process improvement and system enhancements
Knowledge /Experience:
  • Proven experience of Futures / OTC Clearing Project Management 
  • Background experience in risk management, legal, regulatory affairs, regulatory capital and operations a plus
  • Knowledge of MIFID II, EMIR, pertinent CFTC and Basel regulations
  • Existing client and CCP relationships
