IT Business Project and IT Risk Control Analyst
This role will be responsible for oversight and management of the technology risk and control program for Singapore consumer business reporting to in-country technology head. The candidate should be familiar with MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines and MAS Notice 644.
Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders on delivery of key regulatory and compliance projects. Scope include establishing requirement, business processes mapping and identifying project goals, UAT planning, test execution, developing mitigation plan to identify project risk.
  • Support business integrated audit, internal and external audits and reviews that involve technology
  • Enforce processes and reporting conformance to Technology Risk Management (TRM) guideline MAS Notice 644 and Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) regulation.
  • Support country management on BRCC, Business MCA, Audit Committee (AC).
  • Manage department MCA
  • Oversight of the corrective action program and management of all activities
  • Identifying risk by analyzing emerging security threats and potential impact to the business and partnering on the development of solutions to mitigate business exposure
  • Management of the IT Risk Control program including the development and measurement of key risk indicators
  • Advises and provides direction to business and tech head on risk management decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in a related IT or computing science
  • 5 years of experience in project management, audit, control or regulatory compliance related work is preferred
  • Familiar with Software Development methodology and life cycle
  • Strong analytical and decision making skills
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable to present strategies, recommendations and value propositions
  • Ability to manage expectations and maintain key relationships with key stakeholders
