KYC Solutions is a firm-wide utility supporting all Lines of Business in the completion of requirements to satisfy the firm's Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. We partner with Global Financial Crimes Compliance, all JPMorgan Lines of Business and their KYC Officers and Client Owners and other utilities such as Client List Screening and Client Reference Data Operations to support and maintain the integrity of our Client KYC information.

KYC Solutions team is seeking a Project Manager who will support multiple initiatives by providing oversight and guidance.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of Strategic Projects : Support and manage the delivery of the Firm's strategic projects in a high quality, cost effective, timely and sustainable manner with risks and issues identified, prioritized, escalated and managed in a timely and open fashion.
  • Re-engineering Initiatives: Partner with Technology and the lines of business, to deep-dive and identify potential opportunities and drive towards executable solutions, improving controls and delivering cost saves.
  • Efficiency Initiatives: Partner with Technology and the lines of business, deliver Projects that increase operational efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Automation Initiatives: Partner with Technology and the lines of business, deliver Projects that automate metrics, reports, procedural and operational work
  • Global stakeholder management: Maintain a harmonious relationship with global stakeholders across different Lines of Business & Compliance, effectively syndicating on relevant issues, influencing to arrive at the right decisions
  • Controls Mind-set: Ensure operational practices are in compliance with relevant risk standards, policies and regulations to maintain an effective control environment.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 4-8 years' experience in the Financial Services industry with a demonstrated track-record of delivery
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management a must
  • Educated to degree level
  • Must be able to demonstrate a successful history in delivery of complex business projects.
  • Thorough understanding of project life cycle, project delivery processes, success factors, and implementation guidelines.
  • Experience with agile methodology
  • Experience with implementation planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Expertise in managing both local and remote project resources and stakeholders
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think and act globally, seeking harmonisation and consistency but with appreciation of local and line of business needs
  • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to recognize issues and influence and implement change
  • Advanced knowledge level of Microsoft Project
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, and the ability to develop and deliver presentations to all levels of management
  • Ability to perform ad hoc analysis and produce meaningful operational metrics to help drive performance and achievement of business objectives
  • Knowledge of Compliance and KYC within a complex financial institution desirable.
