Manager- Corporate Action (6 months Contract)

  • Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events
  • Ensure no disruptions in daily business as usual in terms of accuracy and timeliness in meeting Service Level Indicator as established with Business
  • Attend to internal and external customers' queries received from internal Business Units.
  • Adhere to documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework
  • Support Section Head in streamline of processes, document user requirements and perform user acceptance testing
  • Update Management statistics for Management reporting on monthly basis/adhoc basis.
  • Ensure that discrepancies/exceptions, if any, are immediately reported to Section Head and ensure prompt and effective resolution
  • Handle queries from internal stakeholders and external counterparties
  • Participate in industry business continuity plan exercise
  • Handle adhoc assignments/projects/initiatives as assigned

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in SGX systems and Futures/FX systems are added advantages
  • Knowledge in SGX-ST and MAS regulation rules in equities and derivatives market are added advantages
  • Candidates from securities/brokerage back office experience are added advantages
