The primary responsibility is to support and/ or manage for new processes & services and process reviews.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organization and process support to HOD.
  • Lead and manage a team to ensure timely and accurate processing of transaction/client requests within regulatory and legal guidelines, providing seamless, efficient, effective and value-added services to front office.
  • Close liaison and coordination with various parties, including front office and various support departments (technology, change/transformation, audit, compliance, legal, etc.).
  • Proactively review and enhance processing workflow to achieve improvements in operational efficiency and servicing.
  • Review new processes/services and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HOD.
  • Facilitate, lead and execute projects/process reviews.
  • Work closely with our business partners to critically review as-is processes and design efficient to-be processes.
  • Analyze business processes/issues and define requirements for business changes or new initiatives.


Qualifications
Requirements:
  • 5 or more years of experience in a similar position.
  • Independent, able to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Experience in project management or process reviews.
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • University Degree or equivalent
