Mobile Command Centre Officer - Global Commercial Banking (1-year contract)

  • Attend to walk-in customers via SMS/Phone calls from the branches' Service Ambassadors
  • Effective scheduling of branch referrals through mobile app
  • Manage customers' expectations in terms of waiting time .
  • Ensure required documents and person(s) in place before meeting MBT .
  • Work and communicate with MBT to provide overall customer experience .
  • Maintain good relationship with business partners (Branches) .
  • Daily tracking of branch walk-ins and number of accounts opened .
