Cyber Security Services is a critical function within the bank operating under the overall purview of “Trust, Data & Resilience” in the COO organisation.
The CSS team is made up of cyber security thought leaders, who are accountable for the provisioning of a global set of cyber security services and products to maintain and continuously improve Bank’s cyber security posture in today’s ever-evolving cyber security landscape.
The CSS team protects the Bank from cyber security threats by delivering effective cyber security services, managing, and responding to security incidents to ensure, and support the continuity and growth of Bank’s business operations; and meet the both internal and external stakeholders’ expectations.
You will be accountable for all funded security transformation and remediation efforts, ensuring that they are appropriately funded, resourced, prioritised, integrated, managed, and delivered across the bank.
Provide leadership and oversight by setting the execution strategy to ensure the successful delivery of security programs and aligned with Bank’s strategic direction.
Provide oversight, governance and monitoring and work with various project portfolios’ delivery owners to course correct the component projects and activities within each workstream required to deliver the programme objectives and ensure mobilisation of work to deliver each of these within agreed timeframes and budget.
Recommend any additions to the programme and/or changes to the annual objectives for approval with sounded reasoning to Global Head, CSS for decision making.
Identify additional components of the programme that may be required in response to changes in regulatory expectations and ensure such components are prioritised and initiated.
Maintain strong stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment across stakeholder groups in conjunction with digital transformation efforts within the Bank.
Agree and deliver direct sourcing and cost targets for CSS Programmes.
