Project Manager (Risk and Compliance), GTOJob Objectives This role is to manage Risk & Compliance IT projects. This role is essentially a leadership role facing Business and to manage Change Requests across various teams (Development Team, Operations, IT Risk, Compliance, IT Security).
Manage Scope / Schedule / Cost and perform timely reporting (progress status and financials) and escalations to Management is essential to flag critical dependencies, risks and issues for an executive decision that will align the delivery plan back on track. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather business requirements
Work with respective development teams to gather efforts
Set expectations and project governance at kick off and monitor adherence/compliance throughout the project phases
Lead the teams together and collaborate closely to deliver the project release
Deliver IT projects/releases within the agreed budget
- PM need to lead the Project to ensure that the Bank complies with BCBS239 requirement within the regulated timeline.
- Good understanding of BCBS239 Requirement and Detail understanding of Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting (BCBS 239) , principles of BCBS239.
- Hands-on experience of implementation to comply with BCBS239.
- Experience in "risk data aggregation" ( defining, gathering and processing risk data according to the bank's risk reporting requirements.
Good and proven fundamental knowledge of Project Management and Risk Management are essential for this role
Experience in managing the business stakeholders
Experience in delivering projects in SDLC/Agile methodologies
Expert skills in MS Power Point, Excel Macros, MS Project
Have done budgeting/financial planning and tracking
