This is an excellent opportunity to join a US technology organization in a newly created role as a Regional HR Business Partner based in Singapore.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

1. Act as strategic advisor to Business Leaders around the People Agenda, including talent management and development, performance management, total rewards and employee relations to support organizational growth
2. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high performing culture
3. Work closely with the Corporate HR team to deploy key processes, procedures and policies in accordance with global standards while observing local laws and legislations
4. Work closely with the broader HR team to drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational effectiveness

To be eligible for this role you will require:

1. Degree qualifications with around 12 to 15 yearsacross the full spectrum of HR, with strengths in Business Partnering.
2. Sound knowledge of local Employment laws, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices in Asia, with exposure to China and Japan markets being a must.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
4. Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments and be flexible and agile to changing business needs.
5. A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity.
6. A self starter who is agile, inquisitive and keen to learn
