The responsibilities of the release management coordinator include working closely with project managers and developers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, project timelines. You will perform various coordination tasks, such as schedule and risk management, as well as ERP administrative tasks, such as maintaining project documentation. To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent time management and communication skills as you'll work with internal teams to deliver results on time.




  • Coordinate company project management activities, under responsibility of global release management team
  • Break down projects into achievable actions and set deadlines
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Ensuring that client needs are met as projects progress
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Monitor the progress of projects and deal with problems that arise
  • To act as a point of contact and communicate project progress to all participants.
  • Working with the project manager to eliminate blockers
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Ensuring that standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance testing
  • Reporting




  • Proven work  exprience with excel (reporting, creating macro) and offices tools
  • Jira, Devops tools (Git, Jenkins)
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools
