We are partnering with a leading professional services firm to identify an experienced Transfer Pricing professional to join its growing tax practice. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of multinational and regional clients while leading complex engagements, managing client relationships, and contributing to business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of local and multinational clients, serving as a trusted advisor on transfer pricing matters.
- Lead transfer pricing engagements from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance on transfer pricing regulations, documentation requirements, and cross-border tax matters.
- Identify business development opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to expand service offerings.
- Drive revenue growth by supporting proposal development, client presentations, and networking activities.
- Oversee engagement budgets, resource planning, billing, and financial performance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members, fostering both technical and professional growth.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and support the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.
- Support broader departmental and firm-wide initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business, Taxation, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications are advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant transfer pricing experience, preferably gained within a public accounting or professional services environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing principles, OECD guidelines, and international tax developments.
- Proven experience managing client engagements and leading teams in a professional services setting.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Prior experience within a global accounting, consulting, or professional services firm will be highly regarded.
