This is an exciting new role which will improve the bank’s overall training resources for staff. My client, a leading Bank and Financial Services organization, is looking to hire a VP to support a growing need for organization to tap on available new training programs. The incumbent should be in the know on latest training resources, business trends in banking and clued in on the latest HR market practices. Being data driven is also a good attribute as with the capability to manage and roll out changes and transformation. The successful candidate will provide the necessary research findings, guidance to support people development plan in an array of delivery. There will also be opportunities to get involved in HR projects within the business as well as the greater HR function. Occasionally, there will also be the need to support transformation program regionally.
