Job Description


A major integrated real estate and construction platform in Switzerland is looking for a property management professional to manage a mixed-use portfolio and support its continued growth.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations


• Coordinate regular and ad hoc maintenance, including working with external contractors and service providers


• Plan and conduct property inspections, handovers, and acceptance procedures


• Act as a main point of contact for owners, tenants, authorities, and third parties


• Support the preparation, negotiation, and administration of lease agreements


• Contribute to budgeting, cost control, and financial oversight of the portfolio


• Collaborate closely with internal teams across technical, commercial, and administrative functions


• Oversee and support on-site staff and ensure consistent service standards


• Maintain strong relationships with clients through responsive and solution-oriented communication

• Completed commercial training; further qualification in real estate/property management is an advantage (or in progress)


• Several years of experience in property or real estate management


• Comfortable working with digital tools and property management systems


• Structured, efficient, and solution-oriented working style


• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders


• High level of customer orientation and service mindset
