Vale Captre & Cost Senior Analyst: We arelooking for an analytical and commercially minded Vale Captre & CostSenior Analyst to spport the financial governance of a large-scale integrationprogramme.

This is anexciting opportnity to play a key role in tracking costs, benefits andprogramme performance while providing insightfl analysis to spport bsinessdecision-making. Working closely with senior stakeholders across theorganisation, particlarly Finance and the Integration Management Office (IMO),yo will ensre that financial information is accrate, meaningfl and alignedto strategic objectives.

Yor workwill help leaders nderstand programme performance, realise planned benefitsand identify opportnities to maximise vale delivery.
Reporting tothe Vale Captre & Cost Manager, yo will spport the financial governanceof the integration programme throgh accrate cost tracking, benefitsrealisation monitoring, forecasting and reporting.

Yo willmaintain key financial models, challenge assmptions where appropriate andprovide high-qality analysis and insight that spports effectivedecision-making across the programme.

Main Responsibilities as Vale Captre & Cost Senior Analyst:

Prodce and consolidate programme performance reporting for governance forms, Steering Committees and Board-level stakeholders.

Maintain the integration cost tracker, benefit realisation tracker and spporting financial models, ensring data integrity and alignment to agreed baselines.

Monitorsynergy and benefit delivery against approved targets, providing clearreporting on performance, risks and opportnities

Prepare reglar reporting packs covering Cost to Achieve (CtA), synergy delivery, forecast performance and progress against plan.

Spport bdgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities, ensring Finance teams have visibility of programme developments and associated impacts.

Review, challenge and validate pdated synergy sbmissions from fnctional workstreams to ensre accracy, consistency and alignment with agreed assmptions.

Partner with Finance, the Integration Management Office (IMO) and bsiness stakeholders to maintain robst financial governance, reporting standards and methodologies.

Identify, assess and track financial risks and opportnities across the programme, escalating isses and recommending corrective actions where reqired.

Deliverad hoc financial analysis, scenario modelling and insight to spport strategicdecision-making and vale captre initiatives

Manage competing priorities effectively, delivering accrate and high-qality otpts within agreed timescales.

Skills and experience yo need as Vale Captre & Cost Senior Analyst:

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, inclding financial modelling and analysis of large datasets.

Essential acconting experience with a strong nderstanding of financial controls, bdgeting and forecasting.

Professionally qalified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or eqivalent).

Highly nmerate with exceptional attention to detail.

Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex financial information.

Able to translate financial data into clear and meaningfl bsiness insights.

Strategic thinker who can balance detailed analysis with a broader commercial perspective.

Confident engaging and inflencing senior stakeholders.

Strong commnication and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
