Here in our London office we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Equity Capital Markets team.

As an Administrative Assistant III your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Complex diary management
  • Arranging meetings with clients
  • Organising Travel and Visa
  • Processing expenses in Concur
  • Processing compliance approvals
  • Arranging conference calls, both internal and external
  • Working within a team of 6 assistants and covering for absence

As an Administrative Assistant III your skills, qualifications and competencies will ideally include:

Essential Skills:
  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Ability to interact with clients in highly pressurised environment
  • Sound knowledge with Outlook
  • Flexibility
  • Proactivity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organisational skills

Nice to have:
  • Languages - French or German preferred
  • Excel/PowerPoint skills
