Job Purpose

The Application Analyst - Finance and Client Group - have to ensure the maximum availability of the applications used by his internal clients and have to co-ordinate different projects to improve the quality of the services provided.

Key Accountabilities

The main missions of an Application Analyst are:

• Support business
- Provide functional and technical support on business applications (configuration, assistance and training) including the CODA finance tool
-Ensure change management and maintain a strong partnership with business lines
-Analyse and be proactive on tactical solutions and business processes
-Write user guides and functional procedures
- Communicate clearly with the business lines on any subject relating to the availability of systems or their future developments
- Work with various Technology teams to ensure the best possible level of support
- Make sure you are compliant with the recommendations on information security
- Define and deploy processes that will ensure that level 1 controls are in place for the supported systems
- Set up and regularly monitor the activity and user profiles of the different tools

• Assist project managers for Small Scales Evolutions (SSE)
-Analyse existing processes
-Collect the needs
-Write functional specifications
- Contribute to the test phases of new versions and / or new tools


• Experience in accounting tools support (ideally CODA)
• Experience in the financial sector, ideally in asset management


• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken), part of the team is located in Paris
