A bit about the job:



As a Customer Service Expert, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers through phone calls, Live Chat and secure messaging. You'll support both new and existing customers, helping them with their queries, providing guidance and ensuring they receive the best possible service. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll play an important role in delivering positive customer outcomes while helping us attract and retain valued customers. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.




Skills and experience we're looking for:

• Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping customers


• Comfortable using digital systems, including Live Chat and online messaging platforms


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of service


• Experience in a customer service environment would be beneficial but is not essential


• A willingness to learn, develop and work collaboratively within a team

Working Hours



This is a 35-hour per week position, worked across 5 days per week on a rotational shift pattern.



Shift patterns will typically cover:

• 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm, 12pm to 8pm

You'll work across Monday to Saturday on a rotating basis. After your first six months in role, there may be an occasional requirement to work Sundays, depending on business needs.



This varied shift pattern helps us provide excellent service to our customers while offering flexibility and variety in your working week.



Whilst we expect the offered salary to fall within the applicable pay range , any specific offer will be reflective of experience and the market rate for the role.

• Starting salary of £26,700
