Our client is an exciting international firm with several product lines, and with the release of a leading edge trading & risk management SaaS technology solution for FX brokerages, they are appointing their first dedicated Global Sales Director to take it to market and build this business unit.


You'll have the autonomy to develop and implement your own global business development strategy for the company, truly owning product sales and marketing.  This will of course include building sales channels, hiring, developing the marketing strategy to build brand awareness and support the sales effort, keeping abreast of market and product demands, and event attendance etc.   But given the entrepreneurial nature of the role you will of course also be prepared to “role up your sleeves” to execute sales, and with your success as the business grows there is definitely the career opportunity to develop into management.  All together this creates a very interesting, autonomous and impactful regional role to build out a market, and reap the personal career and financial rewards this will bring.


Appropriate applicants need to be able to show:

-  Strong retail FX brokerage domain knowledge / experience, preferably selling FX trading real time analytics or risk management type technology solutions to FX broker-dealers.  Alternatively you could have strong trading and sales experience working for FX brokers, and would like to transition working for an exciting new FinTech in your market.

-  At least 5 years new business sales experience, with the ability to develop a sales and marketing strategy.

-  The ability to pick up solutions which are new and unique in the market.

-  Interest in working for a high growth enterprise, with the personal motivation and ability to contribute to a dynamic and entrepreneurial team culture in a self-directed role.
