Our client is a technology and infrastructure investor that is looking to bring on board an interim Investor Relations professional (nine months maternity cover) to join the London-based team. You will join at a very busy period and will be expected to support senior management on fund raising efforts as well as getting involved on on-going investor relations matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and organise fundraising process
  • Prepare and update materials: presentations, DDQs
  • Support the completion of RFPs, RFIs and general fund raising queries
  • Manage road show logistics, prepare all necessary bespoke material and ensure all follow-ups are dealt with in a timely manner
  • For existing investors, you will be expected to get involved in the preparation of investor communications and reports
  • Be fully involved in the organisation and content delivery for AGMs, Advisory board meetings and other key events

YOUR PROFILE:
  • Investor relations experience or a placement agent project management background
  • An excellent understanding of the alternatives space, preferably private equity
  • Structured and eloquent communication skills (written and verbal), confident and able to build relationships across all levels of seniority
  • High level of accuracy, diligence and a disciplined approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
