Operations Lead (Implementation, Customer Success, Project Management, HealthTech, Start-up)

  • You will play a pivotal role as the Operations Lead, reporting into the COO and owning the relationships with our partners as well as having broad responsibilities across project management, streamlining, leading implementations and working with key stakeholders.

The Role:

  • As our Operations Lead (Implementation, Customer Success, Project Management, HealthTech, Start-up) you will work very closely with our partners, consistently improving their e-2-e journey, leading customisation, implementation and training.
  • You will be embedding our product smoothly into their organisation and project manage contracts to ensure delivery is successfully achieved.
  • Acting as the central link between us and our partners you will also look to develop out these functions and standardise processes which will allow our offering to be improved continually

Requirements for the Operations Lead (Implementation, Customer Success, Project Management, HealthTech, Start-up) role:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a project management, change management or operations role in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and manage stakeholders
  • Experience working in a data heavy/regulated environment - for example, possess knowledge of GDPR or ISO27001
  • Experience working closely with IT Developers, operational process development and customer integration/API knowledge.
  • Able to communicate effectively both autonomously and in a collaborative team

Nice to have:

  • Previous start-up experience
  • Any exposure working in healthcare, health IT or delivering health/wellbeing services
  • Experience in high level customer services/ complaint management /customer success
