We are now looking for a talented Personal Assistant to join s in or London office.




How yo will create impact:

Work in a fast-paced environment liaising with different internal and external stakeholders both in the K and internationally

Proactively manage diaries and book meetings internally and with clients, bilding strong relationships with other PAs in the company and at client organisations

Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, coordinating with the project team members

Proactively manage actions and follow ps relating to yor Partners' work areas

Attend meetings to take mintes & actions as reqired

Spport on developing reports and presentations for yor Partners as needed

Bild relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and with relevant client contacts, both in the K and internationally

Spport Partners with bsiness expense claims, ensring that expenses are sbmitted in advance of deadlines

Team p with other PAs in the bsiness to be a key spport to the organisation, playing a pivotal part in its growth and covering for each other flexibly to provide a seamless service

Work alongside Central Fnctions colleages on London office initiatives, and contribte ideas to continosly improve or internal processes

Yor profile:

Experience in a PA role or similar, spporting several senior people

Experience working within a consltancy/professional services or similarly fast-paced environment, with a global presence and working across mltiple time zones

Proven ability to plan and prioritise a bsy schedle

Willingness to get the job done, sometimes within short timescales and with challenging deadlines

Flexibility, able to excel in an environment where things can change qickly and responsibilities will be diverse

Excellent attention to detail and a meticlos focs on qality

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, across Otlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams in particlar

Enjoy working as part of a team, spporting colleages
