Job responsibilities:
  • Lead the business development and sales effort for Matrixport and Bit.com's full range of products in the Europe & Africa region;
  • Cover key trading and lending clients in the region with a focus on proprietary trading firms, HFTs, funds and family offices;
  • Able to formulate region and country specific sales strategies based on the company's business strategy
  • Represent the company in the region's conferences and supporting the company's brand building, promotion and marketing
  • Be the key person in charge of the company's localization strategy
  • Able to have thorough understanding of customer needs and channel customer feedbacks on company's products and services, to contently improve the product features and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications:

  • More than 5 years of experience crypto financial services industry, previous working experience in derivatives exchanges, brokerages or trading firms will be a high relevancy;
  • Solid financial product and market knowledge (with good understanding of futures and options)
  • Passionate about cryptocurrency (trading/mining) and digital assets/tokenization
  • Spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation;
  • Familiar about the business laws and regulations in Europe region;
  • Being able to excel in a competitive environment, being able to work independently and as a team player
  • Being able to travel (1/3 of the time)
  • Fluent in English, one additional major European language (German/French) would be a plus
