Sanctions VP

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Sanctions SME knowledge, risk management and guidance for Sanctions systems and other related transformation initiatives
• Contribute to the implementation of and compliance with Global Policies, Standards and Procedures which govern MUFG’s financial crime control framework across EMEA;
• Manage and oversee the London and Regional List Management processes with a focus on adhering with Global Standards and procedures
• Support oversight of the implementation of initiatives related to sanctions, including system rollouts and new policy/procedure implementation
• Act as a risk manager and gatekeeper for List Management related activities, including uploading Sanctions lists, undertaking risk management, managing and upkeeping

Key Requirements:

• Previous Sanctions Experience
• Previous Experience with Issues Management and Audit and Testing Teams
• Strong Knowledge of Banking and Sanctions Controls
• Experience in Managing teams and Senior Stakeholder Engagement
