An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a team of Developers as a focused Scrum Master. Does the thought of working on an exciting and rewarding project, within a diverse and inclusive banking environment excite you?

Responsibilities: -

  • Scrum Master 3-5 years of experience
  • Agile expert/practitioner; runs Agile teams
  • Facilitate planning from the outset and during sprints and releases etc.
  • Facilitate scrum activities (i.e. daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions etc.)
  • Communicating progress and updates to teams and stakeholder 
  • Governance, assurance and adherence to agile principles (including best practice and standards)
  • Strong internal and external communication skills
  • Senior Stakeholder Management
