Our TaxTechnology team is dynamic, fast-paced and mission driven. We are building aspecialist AI engineering capability within our internal tax technologyfunction to design and deliver AI-powered agents, automated workflows, andscalable integrations across enterprise platforms. The Senior AI AutomationEngineer role sits at the intersection of applied AI, software engineering, andautomation. You will build production-grade AI systems, orchestrate complexworkflows, and help define engineering standards, while supporting thedevelopment of early-career engineers.



This is a hands-on engineering role focused ondelivering working systems into production within a governed enterpriseenvironment. You will see your work used quickly in real operations, with AItools and automation adopted directly by internal tax teams. The focus is ondelivering high-impact solutions, measuring outcomes, and iterating based onreal-world usage.



Youwill make an impact by:

• Designing and building AI agents and multi-step workflows for internal tax use cases


• Developing Python-based services and automation pipelines for production use


• Integrating AI systems with internal platforms using APIs and event-driven architectures


• Orchestrating workflows across Copilot Studio, Azure AI / Foundry, and internal systems


• Building reusable components such as connectors, tools, and agent capabilities


• Implementing CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployment and versioning


• Ensuring solutions are scalable, observable, and maintainable in enterprise environments


• Leading technical design and code reviews
