Senior Compliance Training Manager

Senior Compliance Training Manager

An excellent opportunity to gain exposure, in a challenging role, within our EMEA Central Compliance team, as Senior Compliance Training Manager.

Reporting to the regional Head of Central Compliance, and working with the Global Head of Regulatory Training, you will join the Central Compliance team with the specific remit of managing compliance training and communications.

Key aspects of your role will require you to implement and manage a consistent compliance training framework and provide direction to Compliance officers in how to effectively engage staff across the Macquarie group through training and communication of key compliance issues across the EMEA region. You will also work alongside regional counterparts and the Global Head of Regulatory Training on the development and implementation of the Global Regulatory Training plan.

You will be involved in assisting compliance professionals to complete training needs analysis, aligned to the compliance risk assessment, and managing the production, maintenance and execution of a regional compliance training plan. You will write and edit the compliance education and communications materials, including online courses, and manage the production of online compliance training. You will also work with counterparts in the other regional hubs, to implement a global regulatory training programme and projects.

You are an experienced training professional with 6+ years' experience in an investment banking, compliance or regulatory environment, and you're looking forward to the next exciting move in your career. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels will be essential to your success. You will be able to demonstrate experience in the successful design and delivery of training in a professional services environment, enjoy working autonomously, be able to deliver results within deadlines, and have strong attention to detail.
