Your new company
This Global Insurance and Professional Services firm are currently in the process of expanding their Internal Audit team in the UK. They offer an excellent work life balance and have a collaborative culture with extensive internal development opportunities.
Your new role
This will be a varied position working across the Insuring and Consulting arms of the business. You will be reporting into a Senior Manager and have responsibility for running your own audits. The team work on roughly 15 audits a year, which will include some travel (Covid restrictions are in place, % will be clarified later in the year).
What you'll need to succeed
You need to be an ACA/ACCA qualified auditor, ideally with experience both in External Audit (big 4) and Internal Audit. You will have worked in Financial Services and preferably have a good working knowledge of the Insurance market. Interpersonal skills are equally as important as your technical ability; you will be building relationships across the business, therefore you will need to be able to communicate in a concise, influential manner.
