What we are looking for:

  • 2-5 years of investment industry experience with multiple asset classes (fixed income, equities, derivatives, syndicated loans) - syndicated/bank loans a strong plus
  • Degree in finance, mathematics, applied sciences or similar
  • Those that take pride in going above and beyond the minimum required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment​

Your responsibilities:

Provide timely and comprehensive support across a wide range of asset types and functionality as it relates to our products. You will be the face of ClearStructure to many of our clients and instrumental in helping them gain the most out of our products. Additional responsibilities include:​

  • Acting as the primary client liaison in communicating and/or resolving client inquiries including working with Account Managers, Developers, QA Analysts, etc.
  • Driving constant product improvement via new ideas gained by working with and supporting clients (system enhancements, new features, etc.)
  • Setting and communicating clear and realistic expectations to clients
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of multiple asset classes and industry innovations
  • Becoming proficient with our portfolio management and trading products
