Department overview:


Fitch Ratings are looking for a Team Administrator to provide support with other administrators, to approximately 45 people within the Business & Relationship Management (BRM) team in London.




Including but not limited to:


  • Arranging meetings (internal and external). Booking conference rooms/refreshments etc.
  • Diary support for Managing Directors / Senior Directors
  • Setting up Teleconferences, Video Conferences and Web Demos
  • Arranging travel for the team, including organising visas and liaising with our travel team
  • Expense claim preparation for all the team using SAP
  • Liaise with the accounts team where required
  • Fielding phone queries and dealing with clients via telephone/email
  • Monitoring and reporting attendance of team on a daily basis
  • Preparing/updating marketing materials as and when required
  • Assisting the events team with the delivery of Fitch events where necessary
  • CRM data entry (via Salesforce), including recording of external meetings, contacts etc.
  • Manage document flow from BRM, team members to accounts and clients as required.
  • Point of contact on the floor for printer maintenance and any team IT issues
  • Point of contact for  any Fitch BRM visitors to the London office including support during their time here
  • Ad-hoc support for BRM country heads when in London
  • Cover for other BRM Team Administrator(s) as required


Other general administrative duties including but not limited to: distribution of post and payslips, photocopying, printing, filing, sending and ordering stationery/business cards, arranging couriers and updating of email distribution groups etc.


Qualifications and experience:


An ability to juggle a number of different tasks at any one time, as well as being able to prioritise own workload. Key attributes:

  • Good communicator, highly personable.
  • Strong, proactive organisational skills with a key focus on time management, delivery and accuracy.
  • Experience of working as an administrator to senior stakeholders
  • High degree of competency using all Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Design and marketing skills (and associated systems knowledge) would be an advantage but are not essential.
  • SalesForce and SAP skills an advantage.
  • Knowledge of other financial database systems (Reuters/ Bloomberg etc.) an advantage.
  • Highly proactive & enthusiastic
