Inbound Sales Consultant
Overview

Our client based is outskirts of York is looking for an experienced and reliable Sales professional to join their team. The successful candidate will be passionate about their career, ambitious to be part of a successful team, and driven to continually improve business growth.
Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 basic plus turnover bonus structure (£50,000-£100,000 OTE) and VERY ACHIEVABLE!!!
• Working pattern: Monday to Saturday, 5 days per week with a day off in the week (2 Saturdays per month)
• One late shift per week 11.30am- 8pm BUT this is worked from home
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Transport is essential due to location

Responsibilities

• Following up on 700+ warm leads generated every week, so no call is ever cold
• Sell the company's products and services and responding to initial quote requests and proactively following up on leads
• Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms to convert enquiries into sales
• Take a consultative sales approach, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
• Book and manage showroom appointments, meeting customers to inspire and assist in designing their ideal solutions
• Provide expert advice and deliver a high-quality in-person sales experience to both scheduled appointments and walk-in visitors
• Build strong customer relationships to foster trust and generate referrals
• Conduct follow-ups including email enquiries, quote chases, measurement updates, welcome calls, and design appointment confirmations
• Respond to trade enquiries, supporting professionals and businesses in sourcing the right solutions for their projects
• Follow up with trade account customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives

Qualifications

• Highly motivated, results-driven sales professional with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Confidence in telesales, face-to-face sales, and digital engagement tools
• Proactive, organised, and persistent approach to lead management and follow-ups
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and exceeding targets
