As a Corporate Real Estate Reporting & Analysis Lead under the Project Management Organization (PMO), you will support the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team in elevating capacity reporting, assessing and organizing key data, assisting the Global PMO team in executing major projects in regional facilities around the world, and will serve as the key contact for providing accurate space management tools and reporting for the global teams. While working out of Denver HQ and supporting CRE globally, you will continue to support local move/adds/changes (MACs) in coordination with the RICOH facilities team.
You will have experience managing the implementation and maintenance of accurate space management software and platforms used for CRE Portfolio tracking. You will coordinate and collaborate with leaders throughout Western Union with providing trustworthy accurate data. You will have experience analyzing reports through tools used by CRE to provide accurate Space/Capacity/Occupancy data for the Western Union CRE team. You will be comfortable with understanding Floor Plan(s) as well as Seating Management used to provide concise accurate reports for CRE as needed and have the ability to assess critical report data providing input to identify any deficiencies found. You will work in coordination with your fellow CRE peers to align CollectiveView Data with CoStar. You will assist with facilitating educational training for regional managers on usage of CollectiveView. You will support regional managers and PMO Manager in developing effective Project Tracking tools to include Scope of Work, Timelines and budgets.
For such a detail driven role, you will have 5 years of experience in Space Management and Move Coordination. You will have a High School degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred and must display a strong background in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) as well as space management platforms such as CollectiveView, CoStar and others.
