You will have 10+ years' experience. You will identify growth levers to increase new user acquisition . You will use customer segmentation, market research, and firsthand customer knowledge to refine plans, specifications, and designs for multiple feature areas/projects. You will optimize Western Union app/website to maximize earned / organic traffic. Build CLV based acquisition strategy. You will build acquisition product roadmap - List of features and capabilities required to increase user acquisition.
You will use multiple information sources to come up with growth hypothesis - Analytics data, session replays, customer feedback, discussion with other product groups etc . You will use data to inform all growth decisions. You will develop effective customer feedback loops, understands implications of feedback and translates that into better features and products. You will act as Sr. Manager lead a team of agile product owners. Draft business requirements, prioritize features, author user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with scrum team members to ensure product features are delivered according to specifications.
You will need a BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience, MBA preferred. You will have at least 5 years of product experience in Web/Mobile technologies, and Web/Mobile user experience. You will have experience with paid digital marketing - paid display, social etc. , experience with earned digital marketing - SEO/ASO, content marketing etc.,, experience in global money movement a plus, experience working in a large corporate environment a plus, and experience with running focus groups, customer research and usability testing methodologies.
