Better requires process discipline and simplification The Senior Anti Money Laundering Controls Analyst is responsible for identifying control and operational improvements and proactively accessing the effectiveness and sufficiency of various processes within Agent Oversight program. You will also manage rule inventory requests and conduct research and analysis to review patterns and trends associated with Agents and their behavior. You will develop recommendations for improvement and prepare executive summary presentations to be submitted to senior management. Key components of your job performance are quality, productivity, exercising appropriate judgment, and meeting team goals.
For such a pivotal role, we require you have experience with the Microsoft Access database along with MS Suite (sorting, filtering, formatting, and analysing data). Experience with or an aptitude and desire to learn SQL or Snowflake is required. You will need to demonstrate strong research and analytical skills. We'd prefer experience in compliance including knowledge and understanding of consumer protection, laws and regulations as well as trends and issues. You will have a high attention to detail and organization along with excellent communication skills.

The annual gross base salary range is $63,300.45-$104,650.38. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
