Designed for the modern asset owner with multi-asset class portfolios, Front Office Solutions serves foundations, endowments, pension funds, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and other complex organizations. SUMMARY We are seeking a Product Owner with deep experiences in re-imagining Analytics, Risk, and Performance Measurement. A qualified candidate must have the ability to perform in a fast-paced and agile environment in delivering a modern web application as well as supporting a proven desktop application. Innovating, collaborating, and putting the client at the forefront is of utmost importance in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES * Determine roadmap for our Analytical capabilities and execute from idea to launch. * Interact with clients and internal teams to fully understand what drives client value and a great user experience. * Deliver business requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional requirements. * Manage phasing and backlog prioritization. * Manage stakeholders' expectations and ensure furthering of organizational goals. * Orchestrate with product management, sales, marketing, and servicing teams in go-to-market activities. * Responsible for identifying key product metrics and methods of reporting. * Influence the continuous improvement of product and process improvements, such as release readiness and competitive analysis. * Coordinate with other teams to find synergies and opportunities to share technologies and / or integration of products. KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE * Strong understanding of institutional investment industry. * Knowledge of performance measurement concepts and standards including GIPS, ILPA, etc. * Understanding of benchmarks and data management nuances across multiple asset classes. * Deep knowledge of alternative assets (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, derivatives) and the metrics typically associated with them. * Prior experience with multi-asset class portfolio management software. * Involvement with UX research, usability testing, and prototyping. * Passion for data and deriving insights that can be applied to client’s decision making. QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. * Proven track record of exceptional ambition, drive, and proven results. * Understanding of traditional and alternatives asset classes. * Knowledge of / strong interest in online technologies and trends. * Product and technical expertise, with a solid understanding of software development principles and Agile development methodologies. * Self-starter that is capable of tackling complex / loosely defined problems and structuring a well-organized and actionable solution. * Excellent verbal and written skills. HIGHLY DESIRED * Proven track record in the FinTech industry. * Completion (or progress towards) of advanced credentials (CFA, CAIA, CIMA, CIPM).
