The Learning Solutions Senior Associate will support our Industry and Business Development Curriculum which creates the value and growth required to support the Crowe University’s strategic plan. This role will be accountable for analyzing, designing, developing and implementing a variety of learning and development solutions. These solutions would include live instructor led, virtual instructor led, e-Learning, job aids, video tutorials, and other performance support. This individual will be responsible for managing timelines and logistics to achieve our training goals.
This role will work with key stakeholders such as Program Owners, Role Architects, Subject Matter Experts and Delivery Partners to co-ordinate and manage the implementation plan of envisioned programs. Curriculum is developed by College Deans and or other identified subject matter experts, who are appointed for each of our major skill areas with the responsibility to identify and resolve gaps in technical and non-technical areas, and to share and promote technical expertise at all levels of the firm.
The Learning Solutions Senior Associate should have strong planning, communication and coordination abilities and be capable of working across cross functional teams to deliver extraordinary learning experiences for our people using the underlying program curriculum. This person needs to be results driven and be able to manage complex and high-pressure situations. This individual is a single point of contact for service delivery, learning solutions and delivery stakeholders.
