Global SSIA Service Lead - Vice President
SSIA Global Services Lead Role - Global Services Division - Guiding Principles (North America)

Establish one service representative to cover the following specialized services:
-Financial Reporting
-Regulatory Reporting
-Board Reporting
-Treasury
-Regulatory Administration
-Tax
-Compliance
-Performance, Attribution, & GIPS
• Create and drive a seamless, integrated global operating model across product jurisdictions and operating centers; partner with client in their intention to operate globally as our counterpart • Internal and external point of escalation, across all global FRFA business lines that serve the client, for unresolved service items • Proactive internal leadership on ways to optimize our end-to-end client service delivery, including measured roll-out of FRFA's digitization program and touting the mutual advantages of digitization • Leverage client knowledge, scale, technology solutions, geographic footprint and time zones to craft the most efficient and effective end-to-end service and support model • Focus on developing capabilities and service methods that will further differentiate State Street from competitors • Build globally consistent performance measurements and standardize reporting, identifying ways to enhance our service accuracy and timeliness • Collaborate globally wit h FRFA Product Delivery to achieve service and operating model uniformity and consistency • Provide an overarching global governance framework to enhance locally delivered service and support solutions • Join or oversee regular local and global service reviews with the client • Spearhead monthly internal and external meetings to review KPIs, key issues, remediation of past pain points, and forthcoming new products/asset classes • Focus on specific action items related to global service delivery and resolving service issues • Create a unique operational value that defends and grows the book of business with the client • In concert with GRM, analyze and deliver against specific themes identified in NPS results • Own the 'Voice of the Client' internally for FRFA services • Partner with business unit leads to establish our "house advantage" across solutions • In conjunction with GRM, GCOO and Sectors, identify new business opportunities and partner to form and deliver our value proposition - particular focus on foundational, higher margin solutions • Measure losses and review opportunities for improvement • Own the 'Voice of Fund Administration' externally • Proactively engage with State Street product management to lend a client perspective towards new product development • Deliver upon the benefits of FRFA's digitization program • Engage the client on needs and capabilities specific to new regulation, product development and other solutions establishing an early adopter advantage for State Street
