We Offer
Credit Suisse Holdings (USA), Inc. (CSH USA) is the Intermediate Holding Company (IHC) entity required by US regulation to hold the bank's US business operations. The Office of the CSH USA COO acts as the first line of defense for the CSH USA and is responsible for, but not limited to, oversight and management of CSH USA governance, oversight of regulatory reporting effectiveness, leadership for development and implementation of US workforce strategy, and delivery of monthly MIS reporting used by CSH USA management and the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with senior team members to deliver various high-profile activities and initiatives supporting CSH USA (e.g., MIS, Reg Reporting, Liberty II)
  • Assist creation and upkeep of governance frameworks, including process re-engineering and establishment of operational best practices
  • Prepare presentation materials for senior management committees and key external stakeholders (e.g. U.S. regulators - FRB, SEC, et.al.)
  • Maintain effective working relationships with key business and corporate functions and assist in preparing for key CSH USA governance forums
  • Preparation and management of monthly metrics and minutes for CSH USA Committees
  • Proactive tracking of open committee actions and ensuring items are resolved/closed in a timely manner

  • Program management/business analysis experience within financial services, business consultancy or similar institution(s)
  • Experience performing within a COO/business management and/or control-related function
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data analysis and drawing conclusions from analyses
