  • The role is the Head of the Americas IT Technical Analyst (TA) program, responsible for the 200+ interns and TAs in the New York and Raleigh locations.
  • This is a full time VP role based in Raleigh, in the Business management (BM) job family, with travel between New York and Raleigh offices.
  • Role will be responsible for running and influencing the TA program in the Americas; reports to the deputy global head of the TA program, located in Raleigh, USA.
  • Familiarity with the overall Technical Analyst (TA) program will be preferred.
  • Leadership and Role model role for the Americas TAs and alumni.
  • Drive the 6 new IT themes - (1) Data Science & Analytics; (2) Cyber Security; (3) Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics; (4) Innovation and Automation (5) Cloud (6) FinTech (ex: Block-chain).
  • Aggressive deadlines and deliverables - ability to align NY and Raleigh events, and multi-task between the locations. Flexibility in new ideas, events, hackathon culture, TA graduation. Fun.

Role Responsibilities include:
  • Program management and coordination of the Americas interns, Year 1 and Year 2 IT TAs (~200+ members) representing all IT divisions across Raleigh and New York locations. Activities include:
    • You will drive the overall TA Americas program and agenda, including communications.
    • You will work closely with Americas TA RGB (Regional Governance Board) business partners for bi-directional direction and transparency.
    • Align with Campus Recruiting and school captains to identify incoming candidates.
    • You will meet with hiring managers, coaches, mentors, management to provide communications and updates on the program.
    • You will coordinate the on-boarding and workspace of incoming interns and TAs.
    • Input into and coordination of the Training and networking events.
    • You will review roles from hiring managers for alignment to 6 IT themes and the quality of roles.
    • You will facilitate the internal mobility moves (rotation) and the placement of TAs in appropriate roles.
    • Passion for Talent Development - work closely to promote and effect career growth, including organizing panel discussions, promotion knowledge etc.
    • Recruiting and assigning Career Advisors and Buddies.
    • Oversight of the TA challenge / IT Expo.
    • Plan the TA graduation event for both Raleigh and NY.
  • Mentoring and Career Coaching
    • Builds trusting relationships with individual TAs, their career advisors, and managers to ensure optimal career development and growth.
    • Provide substantial input into talent assessment, career planning and TA placement.
    • Be the primary point of contact for TAs, hiring managers, campus and virtual recruiting for TA program, Talent development and HR for the TA program.
    • Coordinate events to promote mentoring and career development.
  • Financials and Compensation
    • This role will be responsible to maintain the allocated TA budget and T&E (travel and expense), networking budget etc for the Americas region. Role will also have visibility and input to the performance and compensation process. Work closely with COOs, HRBPs etc.

You Offer
  • You have experience with and exposure to Technical Analyst (TA) program.
  • You have a College degree.
  • You have strong proven communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.
  • Strong organizational skills - to organize or coordinate TA events, work with stakeholders (Regional Governance Board, hiring managers, training, campus, school captains, branding and marketing) etc.
  • Financial responsibility - you have the ability to work with COO and management to maintain allocated budget / travel and expenses, as well as TA compensation for the program.
  • Proven ability to work well with senior managers as well as junior TAs and alumni, including exposure to immigration, Human Resources, conflict resolution, issue escalation.
  • Ability to relate to interns, TAs and advocate for them; displays enthusiasm and passion working with TAs and building their careers.
  • Strong Leadership skills essential to act as role model.
  • Evidence of creativity with people-initiatives, learning and development, mentoring and general knowledge of an IT organization.
  • You are open and flexible to dynamic global organization and changes.
  • Work with global counterparts to ensure consistency in program and sharing of ideas / wins.
  • Presence at TA related events, both internal and external.
