Corporate Real Estate PM/BA Responsibilities Areas: • Critical Engineering & Sustainability • Space & Occupancy • Facilities Management • Data & MI • Human Capital • Global Printing • Transportation Services • Translation Services The PM/BA will be assigned specific project/s within these books of work and report to Change leadership.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Project Manager

Responsibilities may include:

  • Collaboration with stakeholders to define project objectives, benefits, and approach
  • Development and active monitoring of the project plan, including underlying tasks, owners, sequencing, and dependencies
  • Conducting project governance activities including reporting on project status of execution, financials, issues, and risks, and preparation
  • Preparation for and facilitation of meetings with leadership and stakeholders
  • Preparation of executive briefing materials that synthesize detailed analysis for senior leadership’s decision-making
  • Identification and management of dependencies with other projects and associated issues and risks
  • Production of ad-hoc reports, presentations, etc. as required to support the project

 

Business Analyst

Responsibilities may include:

  • Collaboration with leadership to identify, inventory and prioritize business objectives
  • Conducting current state business analysis, including:
    •  Elicitation, definition, and documentation of requirements relating to organization, processes, systems, data, reporting and/or tools
    • Conducting interviews, working sessions and workshops as required
  • Review and analysis of documentation Determining gaps in current state business activities, and preliminary areas of opportunity
  • Define target state business scenarios across dimensions (optimal processes, technology, organization, talent)
  • Support senior leadership decision-making and sign-off of target state design
  • Support implementation and operationalizing the target state design
  • Support project management activities including planning, monitoring, assessment and reporting on progress, issues and risk
