PB Account & Document Control Specialist

The Account & Document Control Specialist is responsible for processing the redesign, revisions, and/or creation of new documents and forms. S/He will ensure all documents are maintained in the appropriate system and filed in the appropriate department archive. The individual will frequently interact with various individuals in Legal, Compliance, Human Resource and Product. The incumbent will track the document change process through development, approval, and implementation. S/He is responsible for performing periodic evaluations to ensure documents are properly maintained while strictly adhering to internal control standards and regulatory requirements. The individual will participate on projects where new processes or products are introduced which require the revision or creation of documents. The incumbent will develop and monitor statistical reports to track branch transactional activity. S/he will also assist with all phases of testing and analyzing documented process flows to ensure all steps are documented correctly. Incumbent will assist Private Banking Office Administration and Support Management with research and special projects as needed. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating the Client and Account Change Process by ensuring all requested Officer and Cost Center changes are accurately documented and submitted in a timely manner. S/He will ensure all documentation to support the change is maintained for retrieval and research when needed. The incumbent will interact daily with Senior Managers and Bankers regarding requested changes. S/He will also interact daily with internal departments throughout the corporation, to ensure changes are made in a timely and efficient manner. The individual must be able to research, troubleshoot, and escalate issues quickly.

The qualified candidate must have strong PC and analytical skills. S/he must have a strong knowledge of banking policies and procedures, regulations, products, and services. Must be able to work independently and work well in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner. Proficient with all Microsoft applications and Adobe products. BA/BS degree preferred. 3-5 years of banking experience required. Document Control experience is a plus.
