  • Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance on SEC reporting processes and technical accounting topics.
  • Assist with evolving ESG and climate-related reporting requirements, including development of disclosures and implementation of related controls aligned with SOX-like frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 6+ years of experience in SEC reporting, public accounting, or corporate accounting.
  • Active CPA license required.
  • Strong experience managing 10-K and 10-Q filings, including preparation of financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
  • Familiarity with Workiva or similar reporting tools, including iXBRL tagging.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical accounting areas, including equity, stock-based compensation, EPS, and goodwill.
