KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Campus Recruiting to join our Human Resources organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy the university recruiting strategy for select national programs; manage execution program recruiting process
  • Collaborate with local recruiters to successfully market and fill program budgets in each office with top candidates
  • Monitor candidate progression and be a key point of contact and support for selected participants
  • Ensure that the hiring process complies with KPMG policies and procedures as well as employment laws and regulations
  • Assist with various special projects for campus leadership and additional tasks
  • Participate in national campus taskforces, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum four years of experience in Campus Recruiting or similar role, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
  • Ability to use recruiting applicant tracking system for applicant tracking and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs in a high-impact environment
  • Ability to travel approximately 20%; flexibility to work evening hours and some weekends
