Responsible for HR execution across the client group, the Sr HR Business Partner will be expected to implement HR initiatives that increase organizational effectiveness, and ultimately, enable the business to deliver customer and patient outcomes.

The Position:

The successful candidate will have three primary deliverables:

Support business leaders to unleash the full potential of their teams through enhancing talent and organizational capability.
Obsess over improving and simplifying things processes, tools, communication, and execution of HR Services.
Partner closely with HR COEs to effectively manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Major Accountabilities:

Develops partnerships with a variety of business leaders from the Sales Organization to deeply understand the business to effectively provide business-focused people solutions.
Drives key people initiatives and executes enterprise-wide HR programs, processes and practices across the client group in coordination with HR COEs such as:
o Staffing and on-boarding
o Management capability and leadership development
o Culture and engagement
o Diversity and inclusion
o Retention of talent
o Employee relations
o Off-boarding
Interprets complex information, to offer informative and factual guidance and advice.
Acts as an employee champion and change agent to proactively improve the work environment, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Assess and anticipates HR-related needs by analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Provides guidance on the development and interpretation of a variety of policies, procedures and practices.
Ensures regulatory compliance with Federal, State and local legal requirements related to day-to-day management of associates, and reducing legal risks
