Executive Assistant - Any office location
Executive Assistant - This role can be based in either our Oxford, London, Birmingham, Nottingham, Milton Keynes, Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Leicester office on a Hybrid basis.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Trust and Tax team. This is a key role, enabling senior leaders to focus on client work by delivering seamless, high-quality administrative support within a modern, national framework.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Trust and Tax team. This is a key role, enabling senior leaders to focus on client work by delivering seamless, high-quality administrative support within a modern, national framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage complex diaries and inboxes, prioritising and responding to communications
- Coordinate national and international travel, itineraries, and expenses
- Organise meetings and events, including agendas, materials and minutes
- Draft and format correspondence, presentations, and reports to a high standard
- Maintain accurate document and filing systems in line with firm policies
- Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Use firm systems and processes to manage workflows and ensure efficiency
About You:
- Experienced Executive or Personal Assistant at senior level (ideally in legal or professional services)
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Discreet and professional, handling confidential information with care
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with diary and travel management
