As a Director in our ServiceNow Financial Services Industry team, you will lead complex, enterprise-scale transformation programmes from strategy through implementation, adoption and value realisation. You will translate client ambitions into executable roadmaps, strengthen operations, resilience and controls, and provide bold, evidence-based advice to senior executives on how to make enterprise transformation successful. Accountable for client, programme and commercial performance, you will manage delivery risk, optimise profitability through the right use of delivery levers, and work across Deloitte, ServiceNow and wider alliance teams to grow a sustainable portfolio of Financial Services opportunities.

Essentials:
• Extensive leadership of large, complex ServiceNow transformations in banking, insurance, capital markets or another regulated Financial Services environment.
• Accountability for programme outcomes, including scope, financials, resources, quality, risk, QRM compliance, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge across relevant capabilities, with the ability to shape platform strategy, roadmap, architecture, governance and integration decisions.
• Strong understanding of Financial Services operating models, regulation, conduct, operational resilience, risk, controls and technology-enabled transformation.
• Proven ability to build trusted C-suite relationships, communicate with authority and credibility, provide bold advice, and lead complex executive decisions that make enterprise transformation executable.
• Track record of originating, shaping or materially growing pipeline, and converting opportunities through persuasive senior stakeholder engagement.
• Strong commercial acumen across opportunity shaping, contracting, margin, delivery economics and use of levers such as GenAI, global delivery, team leverage and accelerators.
• Experience leading large, distributed teams using Agile, hybrid or scaled delivery methods in multi-supplier and global delivery environments.
• Exceptional CxO-level communication, negotiation and inclusive people-leadership skills, with the ability to simplify complexity, influence senior decisions evidence of building capability, identifying talent and develop developing future leaders.
Desirables:
• Established senior network and market profile in UK Financial Services, including relationships with executive decision makers.
• ServiceNow and programme management certifications.
• Experience of Financial Services transformation across banking, insurance, wealth, asset management or capital markets.
• Experience working with the ServiceNow alliance ecosystem or equivalent SaaS alliance partnerships, including account teams, product teams, partner networks and platform roadmap activity.
• Track record developing propositions, thought leadership, external market insight and go-to-market activity.
• Experience representing previous organisations externally through client forums, industry events or market-facing thought leadership.
• Experience scaling delivery capabilities across global, multi-supplier and nearshore/offshore delivery environments.

- Shape transformation strategies, business cases, roadmaps, operating models and platform governance for Financial Services clients.
- Lead governance, scope, financials, resources, quality, risk, benefits and QRM compliance across complex engagements.
