An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transfer Pricing professional to join the London practice of a leading Top 10 accountancy firm as an Associate Director.

The Role

As a Transfer Pricing Associate Director, you will work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality advice to a broad range of clients, from entrepreneurial and mid-market businesses through to complex international groups.

You will take responsibility for managing a varied portfolio of Transfer Pricing engagements, providing commercially focused advice on both advisory and compliance matters, while developing strong and trusted relationships with clients.

The role will provide significant exposure to international tax, cross-border transactions and wider tax advisory projects, alongside the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and development of the Transfer Pricing practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Transfer Pricing advisory and compliance engagements across a diverse client portfolio.
• Provide technically robust and commercially practical advice on UK and international Transfer Pricing matters.
• Advise clients on areas including Transfer Pricing policies, documentation, restructuring, cross-border transactions, financing and operating models.
• Manage complex projects from initial scoping through to delivery, ensuring high-quality client outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted adviser.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across International Tax, Corporate Tax, VAT and other specialist teams.
• Support Partners with the identification and conversion of new business opportunities.
• Play an active role in business development, including preparing proposals, attending client meetings and developing new opportunities.
• Take responsibility for the development, coaching and mentoring of more junior members of the team.
• Keep abreast of developments in UK and international Transfer Pricing legislation, OECD guidance and HMRC practice, ensuring clients receive up-to-date advice.
• Contribute to the continued growth, strategy and market profile of the firm's Transfer Pricing offering.

About You

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Transfer Pricing professional with strong technical foundations and the confidence to operate at senior client level.

You are likely to have:

• Significant Transfer Pricing experience gained within a Big 4, Top 10 or similarly respected professional services environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK and international Transfer Pricing principles.
• Experience managing complex client engagements and delivering advice to a high standard.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain senior client relationships.
